Professor Anupam Chander, Scott K. Ginsburg Professor of Law at Georgetown University Law Center, is renowned for his expertise in global regulation of emerging technologies. Originally from Punjab, India, he now resides in Maryland with his wife, Madhavi Sunder, also a law professor.
A Harvard graduate and Yale Law School alumnus (J.D. 1992), his groundbreaking work has been featured in prestigious journals like the Yale Law Journal and American Journal of International Law, as well as in media outlets like CNN and Forbes. Previously, he was a professor at UC Davis School of Law and directed the California International Law Center.
DR. ANI MUNIRAH MOHAMAD

Dr. Ani Munirah Mohamad, an esteemed legal scholar whose expertise spans cyber/ICT laws, intellectual property law, and media law. Dr. Munirah earned her PhD in Law from Universiti Teknologi MARA, Malaysia, where her research focused on the legal implications of ICT adoption by courts.
Her impactful work has been published in renowned journals and presented at international conferences, showcasing her dedication to advancing legal scholarship. Currently, Dr. Munirah serves as the Deputy Director (Innovation) at the Innovation and Commercialisation Centre (ICC) and as an Associate Professor of Law at the School of Law, Universiti Utara Malaysia.


PROF. SAIDAKHRAROVICH GULYAMOV
Tashkent State University of Law
Prof. Saidakhrarovich Gulyamov is a distinguished scholar and educator, he has devoted over 25 years to advancing the fields of law and education. With a Doctorate in Law, he serves as a Professor and leads the Cyber Law Department at Tashkent State University of Law. Prof. Gulyamov is the founder of pioneering scientific schools in corporate law and cyber law and has published more than 250 academic works, including influential monographs on cyber peacekeeping and cyber law.

DR. VASILEIOS KARAGIANNOPOULOS
University of Portsmouth
Dr. Vasileios Karagiannopoulos is a distinguished scholar and educator, he has dedicated his career to advancing the fields of cybercrime, cybersecurity, and information technology law. Holding an LLM in Information Technology Law and a PhD in Law with distinction from the University of Strathclyde Law School, he currently serves as a Reader in Cybercrime and Cybersecurity at the University of Portsmouth,.
Dr. Vasileios has played a pivotal role in shaping cybercrime education, leading the design and launch of the BSc in Criminology and Cybercrime in 2018. As the Director of the Cybercrime Awareness Clinic, he has spearheaded numerous awareness projects, securing funding from prominent institutions such as Hampshire Constabulary, the National Cyber Security Centre, and the Economic and Social Research Council.

MR. APAR GUPTA
Legal Counsel
Apar Gupta is a lawyer, policy expert, and writer working for close to two decades on issues emerging at the intersection of technology and democratic rights in India. He holds a master's degree from Columbia Law School, New York, and is qualified to practice law in India. He co-founded and was the first Executive Director of the Internet Freedom Foundation, a digital rights advocacy organisation in India. With nearly two decades of experience, Apar has worked on commercial disputes as a partner at Advani & Co. Since 2013, he has been involved in landmark technology and civil rights cases, particularly through strategic litigations on issues such as online censorship and mass surveillance. He co-founded the Network Neutrality campaign SaveTheInternet.in and has deposed before Parliamentary Committees. He also served on a sub-committee for the privacy of judicial data constituted by the Supreme Court of India. Apar’s writings are featured in leading newspapers in India. For his work at IFF, he was awarded the Ashoka Fellowship
